Blackened Tilapia

This is one of my favorite tilapia meals if I'm in a hurry and want some good flavor! Even though I am not from the south...this recipe has some deep southern flavors to it that will make your taste buds sing!!

What you'll need:
4 pieces tilapia
1/4 C paprika
2 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1/2 C melted butter
1) Combine all of your dry ingredients in a shallow bowl. As pie pan works great!!
2) Dip each piece of fish in the melted butter. Then in your dry ingredients.
3) Cook on med/high heat for 3-4 per side

See wasn't that ab easy one!!! Literally this meal can be made in 10 minutes or less and that includes the prep work. Whip up a simple salad and you have a healthy meal ready to fly onto the table!!
